Anna and John- Blog About (1)

Well, hello friends, family, strangers, and aspiring travelers!

Fortunately for you, you have just stumbled upon our fancy travel blog.  “Our” being those attractive devils in the picture above: Anna (aka. Nanner) and John

Born and raised in ole’ Elkridge, Maryland, collegically educated in North Carolina/SouthCarolina/Maryland/Colorado (…I have sampled a lot of schools), and, as of early January 2014, we have been working and living in Boulder, CO for the past five years.

Nanner and I had always talked about doing some long-term travel later in life, but after we got engaged we really started to talk seriously about it.  No kids, no house, no ridiculous financial responsibilities.  The time is right.  So, right after we got back from our honeymoon, we started making moves to make our dream trip a reality.

Our current travels will take us to 12 countries over the period of 9 months.  Our tentative schedule: Fiji, New Zealand, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, India, Nepal, China, Japan, Indonesia, and Australia.  In this blog you’ll find our travel stories, photos, videos, questionable grammar (we are numbers people), and informative bits on how you can start planning a trip of your own.

Enjoy!
